This restaurant was established in 1989 after a holiday trip I made to Lebanon with my family. I was so impressed by the tastiness of the food there that I decided to open this restaurant with a menu including both Lebanese and Cypriot dishes. I enjoy what I do, and this for me is a very important factor for opening and continuing this business.
I assure you that the food you are about to enjoy is of the finest quality, brought daily from the markets, and treated with the utmost care and under strict conditions of hygiene. I am from Omodhos village in the Troodos mountain range, and there we have a reputation of being stubborn! I admit that I am very stubborn and uncompromising on matters relating to the quality and hygiene of the food and service I offer to my customers.
Here is the authentic Cypriot and Lebanese cuisine, a variety of dishes including salads, cold and hot selections, deep fried and charcoal grill dishes, and Lebanese specialties and desserts, all prepared with expertise and care by our qualified Arab and Cypriot chefs.
